It did have a couple of great parts, the sand sea and time bubbles especially but overall it was a let down.
- Too much recycling of the environments, boss battles, backtracking.
- Empty disconnected overworld, nothing to explore.
- Fiddly controls, 1 out of 5 times it would mistake a vertical for a horizontal slash or slash on the back swing, stabs were even less consistent. The odd mix of 1:1 motion control and gesture based slashing/stabbing didn't really work.
- Unskippable cutscenes before boss battles. Reset after the cut scene or let me skip them.
- Fi, Oh you discoved a blue rupee, that's worth 5 rupees. That gets really annoying when you play the game for half an hour at the time. Don't explain everything again every time I start the game ugh.
- No camera control, I hate having to stop and go into first person mode to be able to look up.
