Why people hated Skyward Sword?

1) I also had the dongle add on and never had to re calibrate all the time.

2) This ones makes sense from a design stand point, the developers knew people will play the game with the TP motion control mindset (which is simple waggling all the time), and you can't do that in SS because you will get killed all the time, you need to do some precise slashes. So if the game only started with 3 hearts that would have caused a lot of frustration in some gamers at least until they learned how to use the controls. But yeah the 2 medals for the hearts is pretty stupid.
