Also, it's obvious they are faking their sadness to get compasation from Gamestop. Kids are rarely good actors, we can always tell when a kid is living a real or a fake emotion. And when he cried right there, it was clearly fake. Parents most of told him to look sad in front of the camera... srsly why would he even care?
