And even downloading games you own (if you don't want to rip them) is legal in many countries.

You still need a something ripped from the Wii for near perfect audio emulation, or so that's what their last site said.

Even if so, the normal sound output via XAudio2 or DSound is very good and doesn't require anything like that. Dolphin itself remains 100% legal.
