you know soy based diet is bad for you right?

I'm not recommending a "soy-based" diet.  Yes, soy in large amounts contains enough estrogen to have a negative effect on males, however, the studies show that those with these side effects were consuming a significant amount of soy (studies show that those affected were consuming 3 quarts / day for three years).  I'm not recommending that, and at that point you are getting into paranoia mode.  Remember saccharin, ephedra?  Even vitamin A and E.  Same idea.  You can supplement your diet with other nuts and legumes to get a complete protein.  Heck you could just drink protein shakes for a 99% efficient (able to be catabolized) protein.

well thats good that you know that which makes my next point easily made. You are talking about limiting soy intake for a healthy diet... however, the heart disease from eating meat is mostly because these people eat cheeseburgers for breakfast lunch and dinner.. Basically if you limit your meat intake like you are suppose to you can be just as healthy as the vegan.

Also, since you know about foo studies you should probablly check the one out about blood type... I didn't do my research on it but my classmate did. She is a biology/math major and apparently meat is better for certain blood types.
