It is an amazing game but I honestly have to agree a bit.

Last year we had like so many games up to that quality. This year really lacked and nearly every sequel really disappointed peers in one way or the other.

Next Year The Last of Us will probably dominate and GOW:A will get overshadowed by its awesomeness

eh, I think Bioshock: Infinite will probably be domminating the game of the years next year.  Last of us will get some love, but I think Bioshock: infinite is stronger game of the year material...

It has been delayed 2 times already, which is never a good sign. And the gameplay doesn't seem to differ much from other 2 Bioshock games, only the setting and graphics are different.

TLOU however, will be like second coming of jesus and it's unlike something we've never seen before in the level of detail, animation, AI and story/characters. If anything, GOTY is gonna be between GTA5 or TLOU
