Was that first part really necessary? How would this ever sell a Wii U?

If Razor's Edge and this unprecedented addition of Kasumi is not aimed at lifting WiiU sales, why in the hell is that not available on PS360 as well?

It's more a general goodwill move towards the hardcore than a direct bid to sell Wii Us. Really it was the "desperate" line that bothered me.

But Nintendo has at least partial control over Razor's Edge, so it is likely that none of this stuff will go to PS360 ever (assuming Sigma 3 does get made, they'll have to use someone else, or Team Ninja will legally have to recode kasumi from scratch)
