I read through a couple of pages of reviews, and the common theme is there are too many "lifers" not willing to change and hold onto the good old days, and that there isn't any communication between teams which seems to be the same problems that were brought out when Kaz took over. Which is worrisome, since its the lifers that are resisting any change. (Some said that there were improvements being done to team communication but it was slow in coming.
So Sony may finally turn it around but I see a long process a head of them. (One would be put into place a proper performance review system to get some of the slackers out of there.)
