Ocarina of Time.
I've played them all (including the handheld ones) except Four Swords Adventures and finished them all except Adventure of Link (no shame there I guess), so I think I get to be able to put together a complete list;
OoT > TP > MM > SS > ALttP > LoZ > WW > AoL > FSA (based on FS on GBA).
If handhelds are included then the #1 would remain, but the others would move a bit

Not for me My second is, but I agree that it is probably the case for most people.
