Though, you could say the PS3 dominated the 360...for the entire year.  It's going to end up ~1.2M-1.3M above the 360 this year.

I didn't realise it kept it's lead. Very good. PS3 more dominates in one region. But what i can say, is PS3 is definately dominating Wii

I'd say it also dominates EU, too.  It has over a 5M gap there and it will probably end up with a gap of 8M when all is said and done.  Actually, there are 3 things I completely forgot to mention as to why this is even more impressive.  One, 360 had a $50 price cut in its best region (America), to all of its SKUs, except the $199 one.  Two, while it didn't receive an official price cut, the $199 SKU was marked down to $149 for Black Friday weekend.  And most imprtantly, three, it saw the launch of another installment to its largest exclusive franchise this year, as well.  PS3, on the other hand, had no HUGE exclusives launch this year.
