Why did you put those quotes in your OP?
My family vowed that we would all not buy each other Christmas presents since none of us have any space for new items and instead we will go on a family vacation together.
But just today I found out through my mother that both of my sisters and my stepfather bought me presents. To top it off, all 3 of them bought EVERYONE presents.
So there goes that idea.
I don't know what I'm going to get, though, so it is interesting to see what happens.
