I already showed you sources! When the PS1 was discontinued there was also stated over 100 Million sold and there was no official "aftershow party"! The sources i posted where clear:

You will read: "Wie Sony heute mitteilte, wird die Produktion der Playstation 2 entgültig eingestellt."- Wich means Sony announced, that the production of the PS2 will be discontinued! "In den zwölf Produktionsjahren wurden 154 Millionen Exemplare der Konsole gebaut und verkauft."- In the 12 years of production 154 Million consoles have been built and sold (gebaut und verkauft)! I am just analysing this article for you! I do NOT flame or bash! Can you find ANY evidence of "This is just a rumor and has not been officially been confirmed" inside here? Ask pezus if you do not belive ME he is german and can translate for you! Tell me: WHY SHOULD I BELIVE, THAT THE PS2 IS CURRENTLY IN PRODUCTION WHEN I READ THIS??- Because SIR DR PROF MISTER I KNOW EVERYTHING AND DON`T BELIVE IN RUMORS cookingyourmama says so?? I just post what i read! I would be a SONYFANBOY if i said something else!! So, if there is any evidence that this is a rumor, PLEASE show me any source that denies this: For example: Twitter message just a rumor- PS2 still in production!

Ps: I am NOT a Sonyhater, i have all P-Stations (Tekken Tag Tournament 1 is still my favourite Beatém up!!)
