Man, I hear ya! They need that 3rd party support! But I think they did the right thing publishing Bayo2 - I think that gives a lot of good faith. What they need is Western studios to back them up; I think Japan will be in their pockets this gen...

Exactly. Nintendo does fairly well in Japan but they need to do more there. Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Resident Evil, Tales of, Dark Souls, Street Fighter, Sleeping Dogs, etc I can go on and I agree they need to figure out what to do with the Western devs. Let me ask you a question, should Ninty shell out $ for support?

Well, they won't be able to outbid MS for an exclusive, but perhaps it wouldn't be such a dumb idea to pay SE to port Sleeping Dogs, or Ubisoft to port Watch Dogs... But I guess it would be cheaper, and easier, just to swoop up other projects the way they did with Bayo2. What's your take on the whole situation?
