it won shooter of the year against far cry 3 in the 360 category. it seems like ign wasn't really sure what they should do haha

Guess the ps3/PC users that played far cry 3 helped bump it up the pecking order.

yeah and in the endi it's just personal taste, i think borderlands, halo and far cry wouldn't be undeserved winners.

for me i would understand people who think like:

halo 4 if you are a multiplayer fan

borderlands 2 if you are a co-op fan and like cell-shading

far cry 3 if you prefer singleplayer

for me, halo has the best full package with awesome multiplayer and very good co-op (campaign and spartan-ops) and singleplayer which puts it above the other shooters but if people prefer singleplayer much above multiplayer why not far cry 3 right? (i didn't play far cry 3 yet so i can't really argue about the singleplayer compared to halo but that's what reviewers liked)
