My two cents about the third party situation:
Capcom DID say that they do have plans for the WiiU; it'll probably just take some time before they announce any. But they're on good terms with Nintendo, and MH3HD did fairly well in Japan (2nd best selling WiiU game overall despite drop in second week).
Konami has yet to get on board, but as long as the system continues to do well in Japan, I'm sure they will. Castlevania and Silent Hill are certain. Metal Gear Solid may be a bit more difficult, but we'll see.
Namco IS working with Nintendo on SSB4, so they could still have some titles in development. It'll probably be a while before we see Tales on the system, but Soul Caliber is possible. They're on good terms with Nintendo.
Square-Enix is already on board with DQX, and I don't expect it to be their last WiiU title. With any luck the system will get FF and KH. Not just spinoff either. It seems promising.
Sega and Tecmo will be fine; they're both on good terms with Nintendo.
I don't think we need to truly worry about anything in Japan here; they're probably not ready to announce their new games just yet. But I wouldn't be surprised if they ARE having titles in development but choosing to keep a lid on them for now.
Western may be iffier, but ZombiU is doing fine, and while the likes of Batman, AC3, BLOPSII may not be selling super numbers, I am impressed at the legs they're showing. With any luck they'll continue to sell and gradually find an audience. But otherwise I don't think we have to worry about anything at the moment.
