They are not and the sales are reflecting it. That are 2 unnecessary games which where developed half hearted and in the case of LBP KArting no promoted at all. And sales reflect that.

sales = Quality. 

weird as LBPK is a compleate LBP game thats not half haearted at all.. also battle Royale is super fun and a great fighter.. and that means it must have been half hearted.
