Is it me or does this not make any sense at all. How could this possibly be a problem in this day and age. This should be virtually instantaneous. Can someone explain to me how this isn't as heinous as it sounds. I am not being mean, or sarcastic about this. I just want to understand how this could happen, and why people aren't upset. I would find it infuriating if I had to load any time I wanted to do the most basic of things on my console.
