Not yet, tho they said that the minimum would be similar to Shogun 2. Tho they will be pushing things a bit further on high end systems.

Those a pretty conservative tho so if you want smooth gamplay on the higher settings and a decent resolution I would reccomend going for a pretty grunty system. The larger battles can be very demanding.
