It's a brilliant device. I'd personally snap it up at that price. Subscribe to PS+ and never need to buy a game again.
Also, don't buy Gravity Rush for 20. A PS+ sub is cheaper, gives you Gravity Rush (and Uncharted, and Space Blobs, and more), and will give you a ton of games for PS3, too. You will get significantly more bang for your buck with PS+.
And 8Gbs is unfortunately very easy to fill. I have already. Will be buying a bigger memory card after Christmas.
