People have high standards thats the problem.
Anything over 15mil is good IMO (low but not a failure). Beside next gen is bound to fail in some peoples logic (has to sell more than its last console).
There's almost no way all these are going to happen

75mil+ PS3< PS4
75mil+ Xbox360< Xbox720
155mil DS< 3DS
75mil+ PSP< VITA
No way more than 3 of these are surpassing last gen! Even two seems like pushing it!
