I'd have to guess that the PS3 will overtake the 360 due to the fact that the 360's sales are trending downward faster and the PS3 has more to gain from further price cuts. I don't even need to factor in the PS3's stronger 2013 lineup and the likelihood of the Xbox Trinity/Delta launching before the PS4/Orbis.
