Even if they do, back when they publicly tracked PS2 sales they were always horrendously inaccurate. Undertracked by millions year after year. Don't know why that would change now when the vast majority of PS2 sales probably come from places where they get no data.
And while we are on the topic of credibility, have they ever explained how the PS1 sold more than it manufactured?
