So I expect weekly sales to continue around (40k NA/ 50k EU/ 30k Japan/20k others) 150k and eventual near closer to 200 once price cuts take place. So roughly 600k a month. Of course this number could end up being better depending on what software they announce for the 2nd half of the year (assuming Killzone and Tear away come out in summer). The japanese numbers could also explode with something like Project J or One piece, so I was being quite reserved with my 30k a week in japan. |
I don't see that happening with the 3DS lineup early next year; it'll just compleltely destroy Vita sales (will likely be selling below 10k again soon after Christmas, it's only just over it now). Same with NA, 20-25k a week max (on average) seems like the way to go. Of course, it could be better.
