What troubles me is that Rockstar has not even announced a PC version. I don't understand why not, since it would likely sell very well. And given how far ahead PCs are compared to consoles these days, I don't see why Rockstar can't make a good PC version of GTAV (compared to GTAIV's PC version). No wonder PC gamers complain about consoles holding them back...
