Well what I mean is stop being lenient on poor posts. Currently they can be found in any thread on VGC and they add nothing. That's not a bad thing in a casual forum but it means the discussion gets buried.
Maybe create a Serious Discussion forum with higher standards? And you can get banned from posting on that board specifically if post quality is not high enough (but I'm not talking a high bar here). Sales Discussion could be that board actually.
