I've never understood people's interest in crowning a "worst" of a category. Whether it's the worst president of America, worst smartphone, worst expansion of World of Warcraft, or worst console of a generation. You can't actually back up what you're saying, because you've never tried them all. Additionally, the focus is in the completely wrong place. It's a negativism that never brings anything good with it.
It's partly the need to push other stuff down to bring yourself up, I suppose, but it seems that the people who do it never quite are happy. And yet, it's becoming increasingly common on the internet. I suppose it's part of the trend of becoming happy by others' misfortune on the Internet, but it's still very alarming.
