Check 3DS eshop for new Nintendo IPs. Let me list them for you... Pushmo/Crashmo, Sakura Samurai, Ketzal's Corridors, Dillon's Rolling Western, etc.

i dont have a 3ds to check the eshop so cant help you there :P but wouldnt it be nice if nintendo pushed some of these IP's as they pushed super mario bro's for example?

Why would they risk a 10-30m franchise to try it with something new?
Mario sells, no matter what genre he's in. A lot of people associate Mario with a quality experience.
