Not at all. Uncharted will hit 1 million early next year easily. Its sales are increasing as we head towards Christmas just like every other game. Its legs will be eaten into by PS+, but that's not gonna stop it selling what it needs to reach 1 million.
Otherwise, I agree with the rest of your post. Nintendoland and Mario will hit 1 million long before anything on the Vita, between NL's bundles and Mario's appeal.
