Yes, those plus other reasons started the Holocaust. However, it seems like you are saying those are the events that need to happen for the Holocaust. That simply is not true. And again, my point still remains. Maybe if the Jewish population of Poland had guns in their possession than maybe over six million wouldn't have been exterminated. Who knows, maybe WW2 would have ended soon and the european economy could have been spared also.
