Very wrong. Only two buttons are missing, namely two of the C-buttons (or the A/B-buttons, depending on how you look at it).
The touch screen easily compensates that, as proven in Ocarina of Time 3D where you now were able to equip five items (counting the ocarina) instead of three.
Not to mention the Circle Pad Pro possibilities.
