Yes but due to the massive hate they get, their downfall will come much sooner and you'll be seeing Justin Bieber on Maury yelling " I ain't dat babies daddy". Why do you think people like Stevie Wonder or John Lennon are still relivant to this day? Singers like Justin Bieber and movies such as Twilight are something I like to call a short term success. Couple years from now Twilight will be all but forgotten, whereas movies like the LOTR trilogy and Harry Potter series will still be talked about and remember for many many years to come. |
Why would massive hate mean the downfall comes much sooner? You think 99% of the people who hate Bieber or Twilight were ever going to give either a chance anyway? Those people don't factor into what the companies selling the product even care about. I'll make it simpler for you. A company could come out with a new tampon tomorrow and if 99% of men say they aren't a fan and would never buy it and "massively hate" it, that company doesn't care because the product was not for them in the first place. So the "massive hate" is entirely irrelevant. Also, something like Twilight is already done. The material is exhausted. There is no need for a downfall.
To further bestow some logic upon you, why the **** are you comparing a video game peripheral to Stevie Wonder or John Lennon? You think MS minds if Kinect only lasts a couple of generations? Peripherals in video games come and go. So in 30 years if we're not still using Kinects on our Xbox 9's, it's a failure?
