Crimanals like in chicago get it from states with out gun regulation. Like Indiana. Thats where they all come from , south chicago and from indiana. Believe me I know.  Lets just say when I was younger I had stupid friends.

I can not get a gun in Wisconsin because I am an Illinois resident... So again... your friends did something illegal to get the gun
