PC (so far in japan only) but around when the sequel is released is when I might expect it to be released on PC or PS3.
The PC and PS3 ports aren't confirmed by XSEED, but they're working on the 2nd one, and they've hinted at releases of the first one on PC before they release the 2nd on possibly on PS3, PC, or PSN network.
Long story short. In english, it's on PSP only.
