Do I still have my two original Xboxes and Xbox Debug Kit and do they still work? Yep.
Does my original 360 and 360S still work? Yep.
Have I heard of any faults causing the Surface to break? Nope.
I have no reason to doubt the NextBox build quality, and the RROD is in no way indicative of Microsofts current knowledge and ability in building hardware.
