It isn't just rrod 360 had though. That was just the most well known problem because it caused the system to brick. There were all sorts of faults I noted in early shipments. Faulty hard drives, scratching discs, random screeching sounds coming from games like pdz, but the weirdest one I saw was when hitman was inserted and 'error' would come up saying 'please insert this disc into an xbox 360'. lol what does it think it is?
My brother had a saints row disc which was craked in the middle. No idea how that happened. It was while the disc was spinning inside. But it isn't only because rrod was far more widespread. The first year had all sorts of problems. Some of you will probably think I am making some of these claims up but I'm not.
One more thing to complete my year = senran kagura localization =D
