I suppose that's true but I don't like making a bet on something that can easily go either way making it more about who was lucky rather than who was most insightful.

Just liek with Vita.  It started off great and then, as Runqvist would put it, went into free fall.   I waited almost 2 months before I started putting together my Vita projections.   I'm not about to project Wii U on less than 2 weeks.

okay, fair enough.  but 2 months later (january 18th) we'll be way to close to march to make a bet any fun.  meeting/failing to meet the 5.5M expectation will be all but a certainty by then.
