This just nothing like RROD,2 different thing

It is the exact same thing. Microsoft chose to ignore low yields with the XBox 360 which led to high failure rates.(aka RROD)

Of course the next Xbox is still VERY early production.

I think that was the fact with first three years of Xbox360 hardware too. But Microsoft doesn't bother to sell it anyway and exchange broken consoles.
