Well they are, since Sony/MS only block such content on the german PS Store/XBL store, in the countries where it is fine (pretty much every other) they allow what is allowed.

No, you said haters, I just stated a fact.  Which you ironically clearly hate, because it shows Nintendo as failing.

To illustrate, NoE is an exception because it is based in Germany, which makes circumventing this law much harder. SCEE and MSE are based in the UK.

Apparently that doesn't matter to some of these poeple.  Just like I said in my first post would happen.
