OK, just make it a 'subsidiary' of Nintendo Japan. Or is it that once Germany makes a law, any company that employs, sells to, owns, is owned by, is headquartered in, or likes on Facebook any German entity is covered by it?
And as for "Nintendo will look at the options", Nintendo has consistently had the most incompetent EU/NA branches of the three and is one of the worst companies in the world for taking on consumer feedback. They probably don't realise people care about it yet.
