Wii Mini lacks online because not everyone “needs” the option, says Nintendo

The only times I used online on the Wii was for a system update, probably for adding online features that I never used. Leaving out GC compatibility is more harmful imo. When mine broke I bought a refurbished original one instead of the new Wii without the gc controller ports.
