Well Nintendo of Europe is located in germany... there the law is very strict regarding games rated 18+ so this move does indeed make sense to me...Otherwise Nintendo want their games for everyone to appeal therefore also for little kids...you see what this means right ;)
But I guess its only restricted in europe and I don't see it coming to the US so stop whining about non-existing things ...
