Install base is irrelevant when it comes to generated income.

Of course it's relevant. No publisher would expect a Wii U port of a game already released on both the 360 and PS3 to generate income even slightly comparable.

Tell me, how many COD game's have been released on the Wii? Were they exactly the same as the 360/PS3 version? Same quality? Same features?

Did they even all launch at the same time?
