I'm wondering, are laws in European countries about buying PEGI 18+ games for minors, or facilitating their purchase, different than in America? Could Nintendo be held legally liable if minors were using their online shop to get these games, with or without parental controls?
I'm just trying to puzzle this one out, and legal liability would be a good excuse...
