Its not that its low, its that on the PS3 the sales are spread out. Theres too many exclusives amongst multiplats and theres no focus on a couple genres like the 360. Microsoft knows how to make money, so they focus on the genres that rake in the most money. If you look at Uncharted, Killzone, GOW, COD, GT, Grand Theft Auto, Assassasins Creed and others the PS3 has hits that sell, but the base is too spread out.
