When I can make folders on my Vita screen, then tell me it's more customisable. I love my vita and it's definately getting a lot more play time RECENTLY, but in terms of softward features I'd call it a dead heat. Sure the Vita is better at internet browsing and such but Streetpass is far superior to Near. PSM is nothing yet, but I'll be happy when it is. PSN is great, but it's only really "better" than the 3DS's (for me at least) because the hardware needs it (due to not being able to play physical PSP games). The 3DS wins in the Camera department and being able to play DS games and run off SD cards is a massive +

Folder support would be nice, and a possible next step for the OS. Maybe instead of pressing the PS button to open up a folder style view of all open apps (which is pointless imo) it would be folders with each essentially being its own set of pages like current icons have. Wouldn't that just be awesome?

By customization I was really talking about the wallpapers and pages of icons. From what i experienced on 3DS, before folder integration, all the icons were just listed out in rows and the UI was rather bland. Vita's UI looks great and is easy to use, rather iOS like.

Streetpass is probably much better than Near, but Near had some updates that made it more functional. Aside from the 3D camera feature I thought the cameras were equally crappy. Vita has a much larger and better selection of apps than 3DS. By default the larger OLED screen gives it the upper hand for Netflix and other video, 1080p playback support was added recently and the YouTube app does HD. Can you Skype on 3DS, or video call like on Wii U? Vita has Party Chat (Cross Game Chat) too. Things like LiveTweet are even better than Twitter's website really. And Google Maps with a 3G Vita's GPS is pretty awesome to have. The thing that takes the cake for Vita though, is it runs VGChartz very well, :D

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
