Sony cannot launch in 2014 if Microsoft is launching in 2013.
It would be a disaster. Even if the Playstation 4 is literally a PC in a box (an A10 with stripped down 7870 taped to it) with a Dual Shock pad, and the games are just PC ports of Modern Warfare 4, Battlefield 4, GTAV, etc., they have to ship in 2013 if MS is doing the same IMO.
There's no benefit to launching in March 2014 and it only gets progressively worse after that.
I just don't see the end game for Sony there.
