You fired him, as should be your right. Bollocks to warnings, disciplinary procedures and improvement programs I say (as an employer), sometimes people just need to be shown the door. If he had shown some promise I'm sure you would have helped him, he sounds like a trouble causer.

If he keeps coming around have him arrested for harassment and trespass

No sympathy for the hopelessness felt by the unemployed?

On my part, i've found that i'm becoming growingly biased against two groups of people: Hiring Managers, and elderly people who should retire but don't.

why? what have they done to you. Why should someone retire just because they are old?

I'll admit that some of them need the money, but a fair few of them are doing it just because (like they feel like they'll have nothing to do if they're not working).

For instance, my grandfather, all up with a cozy pension still worked a few hours a week at a funeral home up until he had a huge heart attack this year, a job that i could have had as a little side-affair through college. There are more like him, occupying more lucrative positions, occupying space that they don't need to occupy and taking food out of my mouth.

Hiring managers are just cruel.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
