So how many users do you plan on having in the tournament?  I hope that it's epically long like the last one regardless of what some might say.

I'll go with around 100. Last year, I think there were 110 users to begin with, I certainly won't be able to get a round number like that but I thought I'd go like this for the cutoff:

(This is all fictional numbers)
10 users got 7 vote or more
25 users got 6 votes or more
56 users got 5 votes or more
80 users got 4 votes or more
117 users got 3 votes or more

In this scenario, I'd take everyone with 3 votes or more for the actual competition since it would be unfair to cut anyone with 3 votes.

That's good.  I think that the tourney should be similar to last year's, but with me winning this time.
