It won't be the biggest seling console in The US, UK or Japan ever. The 3 biggest markets, which doesnt bode well for the next PS.

Since when is the UK the third biggest market? Do they really sell more than even just Germany? Or did you put it there just cause they track the sales and publish them (in English)? Still, if you're counting UK as a separate market, the rest of the EU, or at least the Eurozone should be the second biggest market in the world, so no reason to include UK as one of the 3 biggest markets.

You really need to check the uk charts more, the ps3 has actually outsold the 360 plenty of times this year "in the uk", plus judging a console from it's recent sales will give you a better indication on how the brand is going.
And i think microsoft are in a worst position, all they have to do is lose america and they are done for, sony sells well in all 3 markets while microsoft needs america to keep the xbox stable.
