Is Black Ops II this gens graphics king?

COD looks so much better on the 360 than the PS3. It's more vibrant, better lighting, and less jaggies. I am also sure the frames dont knock off as much. For some reasons sometimes 360 versions look glossier at times because of how vibrant the difference is.
